So far this seems to be helping me. I have noticed that it takes an hour or 2 before I REALLY notice a difference. But I do feel a difference. I have only been taking one a day. If I don't take it with food, it will give me heartburn. I don't feel dopey. I just feel calm. Not sleepy. Just calm. The last 2 years have been crazy. I have been looking for something to just take the edge off. This helps a lot. I have been taking it for a few months now. I find that it works better if I take at least on everyday instead of just when I need it. I seem to notice the effects more when I do it that way. If it keeps working, I will purchase again. The Ashwagandha alone will make me crazy and my stomach hurt. This combination seems to work well for me.

I've been taking it for almost two weeks now, and my general sense of well-being is improved. The effects seem to be a slow build rather than a same-day noticeable feeling. Wallowing in gloom & doom has become boring, and projects and looking to the future has become much more appealing.Your mileage may vary.

Not bad for the price. Very good supplement to change your mood especially long days at work can stress you out and be fatigue. Dis can boost your mood with confidence and make your body feel better.

I'm enjoying this product and feel like mood has improved, I plan on purchasing it again.

All of the capsules are only half full. The herbal combination is effective but we are only getting half of the product we paid for.

Only thing I noticed was 2 to 4 hours after taking this product you'll find yourself in the restroom. Save your money kids.
