I purchased mango butter to make whipped butter mixtures for my hair but what I discovered is that my skin absolutely loves raw mango butter! I use it on my face and body and my skin is supple-not greasy all day. You don't need anything more than a dime-sized piece for your face and maybe a silver dollar for each arm and leg. My skin has a healthy sheen/not shine and I find that my makeup sits better on my face when I've moisturized with mango butter. Keep in mind that I have combination-dry skin and I would NOT recommend this for people with oily skin. It doesn't really have a smell at all; maybe a very faint hint of fruit, which works out if you're going to add other scents. I have also noticed that my skin tone has evened out since using this product. Will definitely purchase again.

This was my second experience with mango butter, my first batch came in a thick air tight container and was very creamy and amazing. This time it came as chunks in a plastic bag and didn't really have a smell to it. I used it to make a hair mask and it came out wonderful! I would order this product again. Also shipping was fast. My only complaint is I wish I had received it in a better and more air tight container instead of a cheap plastic bag. At first it seemed really sketchy and I almost sent it back just because of that. Overall a good product.

First time buying mango butter. I wished I'd bought more than a lb. OMG! This butter is amazing! Will keep this distributor on my go-to list. The butter came packaged in a heavy resealable bag. The butter was very smooth, not gritty and is quickly absorbed in my hair and skin. I've used this in making body butter and hair butter. I've used it by itself raw. It's winter in Central NY now. I took a chunk of raw butter and added it w/ grapeseed oil to some sugar to make a quick moisturizing exfoliate for my my face--with special attention to my lips. If I don't buy their mango butter at any other time this year, I'm getting this again for next winter.

I make a lot of my own whipped body butters, lip butters and hair products with mostly shea butter. I ordered this to determine the difference between mango and shea. Shea butter is a lot softer and is much easier to mix and melt. It has a nutty smell to it which fades once essential oils are added. It is also easier to spread on the body in its unwhipped form. Mango butter is harder and takes a lot of time and patience to break it down into a whipped butter and it's odorless. I love to mix the two together to make a firmer cream which makes a great pomade or thicker cream for winter. It's a great butter especially if you don't like the smell and oiliness of the shea.

I ordered via this ad in august and received a ziplock bag with an inner plastic bag containing a hard block of white mango butter that was nearly odorless. It was my first time ordering mango butter and I truly enjoyed it in every use I found for it. The label identified it as "the wandering prophet" brand. I ordered again just a few days ago and received a creamier ivory - colored product in a tub. This mango butter is a bit grainy and I do wonder why the color is more tan. I like this product's fresh light scent but I think what I got before was a better quality product and as such this doesn't seem to be as good a value.

First off, let me tell you, this Mango Butter is packaged so that it will survive shipping to anywhere in the world. It comes in a small little bucket with an airtight top that can be pried off with a coin or in my case a flat head screwdriver... I just pressed under the lid every inch or so and it was easy enough. The quality of this butter is excellent. I've already used a good bit in a batch of lotions with Kokum Butter Refined Raw 1 Lb (16 Oz) and it turned out perfectly. I'll definitely be reordering through SpirZon LLC. This can be a hard to find item at a reasonable price, and I'm really happy I found this seller.
