Cupcake Carrier- White Translucent,

I read the great reviews for this cupcake carrier with equal parts hope and scepticism.When the box arrived i knew hope had won.The carrier was double boxed in an inner box with reinforced corners and the carrier bubble wrapped and bagged.Unwrapped with nary a mark, scuff or crack...yeah!I washed and dried by hand right away as it arrived the morning that i made my cupcakes for Christmas.Yes, the carrier is much larger, heavier and more elegant than any i have seen.The handle is thick, easy to hold and sturdy. Arthritic hands love it.The clasps are elegant and effective, again easy for arthritic hands.To test the reliability of the clasps before trusting carrier with my yummy confections, i loaded in several books, locked clasp and carried it around a while, swinging and stressing it much of the time..not a creak or groan was heard from those clasps.I love that you can use the carrier for a sheet cake and with any number or no trays at all.This is the first cupcake carrier i have seen that has individual cupcake wells deep enough to keep cupcakes from shifting or tipping, excellent design!The bottom layers are not quite high enough for tall decorations or picks, not a problem for me as that is easy to do onsite as you unload cupcake trays.I generally make cupcakes with seven minute frosting which is very sensitive to humidity, and i live in the hot humid deep south. The frosting stayed perfect for the three days the final cupcakes stayed in carrier...a first.I love this carrier! The dedign, materials, execution, finish, packaging are all top notch.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!This is the cupcake carrier to take into space, into armageddon, zombie apocolypse........

I affectionately refer to this as my cupcake condo :-) I LOVE to bake and often find myself needing to transport several dozen cupcakes and this has really made that so much easier! I wanted something that would lock securely, keep them fresh and allow enough head-space for frosting and decorations as other carriers I've looked at have very minimal space available. This definitely satisfies all those requirements.The lid clips on securely and the cupcake indentations are deep enough that I don't worry about my cupcakes "flipping out" of their spaces when I fail to drive super slow with this in the car. I usually bake cupcakes one night and frost the next. I'll store the cupcakes overnight in this carrier and I swear the are more moist the next day when I go to frost them :-)The only con is that this takes up a lot of room to store. I'm lucky to have a huge pantry but if you don't keep in mind that it is quite the space hog.

This cupcake carrier holds cupcakes very securely. I have taken 3 dozen cupcakes on 4+ hour drives to get to events with no issues. The slots for the cupcakes accommodate for jumbo sizes as well. There is plenty of room between layers so frosting doesn't get smashed. The only thing that I would caution on is to make sure the top is latched to the base any time you pick it up. It latches securely, but easily comes undone so if you aren't paying attention you can brush up against it and the latch will unsnap. This can be lead to disastrous results.

Wish I'd discovered this item last summer when my friend and i baked and decorated more than 20 dozen cupcakes for a wedding. This is a very sturdy item and can accommodate cupcakes that are already decorated - plenty of room between layers. The cupcakes stay in place - no spilling out when transporting the cupcakes. I waited too long, though, to order it to come in to use for my daughter's surprise birthday party. I have two of the 24 cupcake carriers and thought i liked those but this one beats those! Great idea. Wish I'd thought of it.The color i ordered was not in stock so was contacted about another color to order. That resulted in getting the caddy to me a bit late, but mostly that was my fault for waiting so long to order it.Wish I'd ordered two at the lower price as i see the price is higher than what i paid a couple of weeks ago but I didn't know it would be such a great deal!
