Not For Pouring?
Perhaps if you put it on *after* pouring, it's useful (I haven't tried that because I was looking for something that would help *while* pouring), but all they do when pouring is deflect the tea a little bit. Wish I'd thought to remove my new (white) tea cozy before pouring, even with this on. Now it's stained.
