I received a very battle-worn, used and returned shelving unit, sold as new.
My low star rating is due to a few factors: It arrived extremely poorly packaged with part of the shelving sticking through one corner of the box. Undamaged, but exposed. However, upon opening the box, it was clear this shelving unit, sold as new, was not only used and returned, but had a significant amount of battle wear. Lots of scratches on the metal, especially where the circular tabs had been assembled and disassembled. It was also very dusty, like it had been used in a warehouse for some time. And it was missing two side shelf supports.Aside from that (which is a lot), it's an average shelving unit. You need a rubber mallet to put it together, which is easy once you get the hang of how everything fits. The shelves themselves are very cheap unfinished pressed wood, but for a utility shelf, adequate. For those reasons, I'm not giving it the lowest one star review.However, I would expect something sold by Amazon Prime to be much better packaged and complete and first and foremost, not clearly a used and worn item.

Would not recommend
The box came completely in shambles. It also came missing a side piece, which didn't surprise me because the box was all falling apart. Overall it didn't come in great condition because the improper shipping methods used. It was just banged up all over. It is also not sturdy at all. It is quite wiggly when all assembled. I would not buy this product again.

two 3' high shelves that hook together, not a 6' shelf.
the shelves are particle board and came with chipped corners. the uprights are two separate 3' lengths, so you have to have a shelf at 3' high to hold it together, which limits the adjustability of the shelves and meant I couldn't get large storage tubs on each shelf. I had to do a large space, then a narrow space, so I lost capacity in that. I'd love it if they even offered continuous 6' or even better 8' long corner posts.they do hold a ton and helped clean up the garage quite a bit.

Wrong product delivered
The product delivered was not the manufacturer or model identified in the description. It is a very low quality model that arrived with half of the frame bent. I had to bend it back into position to assemble it. On assembly one of the vertical supports bent at the vertical join.I have ordered this product before, and it arrived with the proper product in the description and in the pictures. The quality on the previous order was superb. This is not.

Does the job.
Ordered 5 of these. No parts missing in any of them, but a few shelves had corners that were a little chipped due to the extremely heavy weight packed into standard boxes. Could have been packaged a little better, but the postal service can only do so much to transport things of this weight safely. After assembly all were sturdy and do the job just fine. They hold several hundred pounds without any give They're shelves...not bridal gowns. The aesthetics aren't 100% to perfection but probably one of the sturdiest shelves on the market in this price point. Still wish they were a little cheaper, but supply and demand. I'll be buying more.

Cheap materials, TERRIBLE customer service
This is a cheaply made shelving unity and this company is the worst to deal with. Seriously, BUYERS BEWARE. You will regret this purchase.

Delivered very early!
I love this shelving unit! I was a little worried it would be cheap & flimsy. Not at all! It's very sturdy & was together in 30 minutes. I'm very happy with this product & would buy again!
