Natural Bamboo PencilsTM are hand-crafted from bamboo harvested an dried in the USA. Our bamboo pencils are natural, whimsical, practical, and have a special appeal for children and adults. They are really fun tools for drawing and coloring. Each pencil is approx. 5 inches long and 3/16 -3/8 inches in diameter. The core is a clay and wax mixture with pigment added. The core is PMA approved non-toxic and safe for children. Bamboo PencilsTM have 3 plus inches of usable core color in each pencil...over 1.5 inches in each end. You can sharpen either end with a manual pencil sharpener or by safely whittling with a knife for a longer lasting pencil, making our pencils an industry leader. Each bundle is tied with raffia cord and a tag with product information. Bamboo PencilsTM are sold in bundle sets of seven different colors (Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Purple, Black) and tied with raffia cord and a product information tag. Our pencils are hand-crafted in the USA and have been since 1990.
