I feel like this could work with clear instructions, but does not work this way. (I am a lawyer and can understand writings of every type very well.)Here are some problems: 1) Step 4 -- "empty about three-fourths of the resin into the pedestal," but this is a black, opaque container. It is impossible to estimate 3/4, and you can't use all of the resin, because you need "several drops" in step 8. 2) The term "pin valve" is critical to the instructions, but nothing points out the "pin valve." I studied the plunger and found no candidates for "pin valve." 3) In step 5, you are to pull the plunger upward and lock in in place for 10 minutes. The resin leaked everywhere when I did this despite VERY carefully sealing. The instructions warn of leaking in the NEXT step when you push the plunger back down after waiting ten minutes, but not about what to do when the resin leaks everywhere in step 5. 4) I still waited the 10 minutes, but the resin loosened what was left of the seal, so it was not possible to do the plunger down step. Everything fell off the windshield. 5) Amazon rejected my photo, but I tried to show an image from the instructions that show right and wrong ways to position the plunger in some unidentified step, but the photos look NOTHING like the actual plunger. I have no clue what was meant.In short, this was an unsuccessful mess, although it did clean up easily with a razor blade.

Followed the instructions, line by line... every steps according to the spec... not able to fix the chipped windshield... wasted so much time for nothing

I had a couple of small bullseye cracks in my flat Jeep TJ windshield. I have some experience/not a doofus. Even though I thoroughly cleaned and dried the glass, including using alcohol, the adhesion was poor/leaky and these simple cracks did not fill. Sigh... looks like a new windshield is plan B.

Stayed as an oily type liquid entire time this is second time purchasing this thought maybe first time that the glue might have been bad possibly but this did same thing to me! Messy greasy nasty oily liquid that never hardened or adhered anything I tried it on.

It didn't work but it's hard to go by the instructions being a woman

Doesn’t work!!!! It appears to hide the cracks on the cellphone screen but once I put on the new screen protector it creates a barrier and prevents the screen and protector to bond properly. It also creates an air pocket if you will wherever the resin was applied and actually makes it look worse

Didn’t do anything

This product does not work as intended. I used it according to the directions and my window was still cracked. This product to me was junk.
