Replacement remote for the Bose Wave radio/CD (Black)

They did not ship an actual Bose remote - they shipped a TV remote programmed to work the Bose. In their photo description, they showed both which was confusing - just as confusing as showing the actual Bose remote to the left of this screen. The reprogrammed TV remote does work but I would not have bought it if I ha realized that they would send a bulky remote and not the actual Bose remote. I can't find the original Bose remote online so if you lost yours, this is a workable solution.

It did not work. The description of the product when I found it led me to believe it would work with my Bose Wave Radio but if I had looked at the image of the one I ordered more closely I would have realized it was different. Unless it was a perfect match I should not have ordered. My fault. Unfortunately I live in another country and to return the product and get another one shipped would cost be nearly three times what I paid. This country has one of the highest import duties in the world on these type of products.

I ordered the Bose remote so we would have an extra one and it will not operate the system. I would like to return it for a full refund. I'm not sure if you sold me a bad remote of it has to be programed to my Bose Wave system. Nevertheless, I'll be shipping it back to the address it came from this weekend. Other this one purchase, all of the other things I've bought over the years have been good. I do think Amazon is a good trading site.Unfortunately, this is not my first bad product from Bose.

Hard to appreciate the system without this component. Arrived on time and in perfect condition. No configuration nor modifications required to get it working -- worked right out of the box.

Original Mfg Equipment. Works perfectly on 1st generation Bose Wave so be sure that"s the one you want. 2nd and 3rd generations require different remote.
