There are many things I love about this game: 1) It's easy to learn, 2) It fires up the imagination and memory, 3) It isn't stressful , 4) The game length is reasonable, 5) Everyone can snack or have wine while playing, 6) It's so much fun to hear people laughing and practically see light bulbs go on over their heads when guessing the two-word phrases, and 7) It seems that everyone walks away better friends. Some games seem intent on embarrassing others. This isn't that kind of game.I think it's more about collaboration and having a good time. We have played InKahoots a dozen times or more by now. If there's any caveat to our 5-star review, it is that the rules -- like most games and do-it-yourself furniture kits -- can make it more complicated than it is. For the first couple of trial runs, just skip the timer or the few rules layered to make it more challenging. I just realized this would make a really good TV game. Anyway, have fun. We sure have.
