This only occurs when it's been powered off for some time and yes, the battery is always either fully charged or close to it.My second issue is the wireless card in this tablet is extremely sketchy and weak. My phone, an LG Volt, also being in the same location as the tablet, will download almost 3 times faster than the tablet . At times, the wireless signal completely drops, but doesn't disconnect. I'm typically about 2 feet away from the router (It's on my desk), so this shouldn't be an issue.Otherwise, it's a pretty good performer and does what it's supposed to do without a flaw. I'm not a big fan of the resolution and I see a lot of jagged edges around icons and such, whereas gaming, on the other hand, it's not so bad.The GPU (Malil-400) has to strain a little to keep up with demanding games and at times will drop FPS considerably, which slows the screen rendering down...and that's w/o ANY anti aliasing at play.On the other hand, for the price range, it IS quite functional and will chug through anything you throw at it..BUT, the AnTutu benchmark I ran sees nothing more than obsolete technology at work here.
