Care and Instructions; Upon receipt remove pillow from zippered shipping bag and individual plastic bag. Lay pillow out and allow to expand. This may take up to one hour. Similar to new sheets we recommend removing the zippered pillow cover off of pillow and washing the cover by hand or machine before first time use in cool or warm water. The bamboo pillow cover may be removed as frequently as necessary for washing with like colored items in warm or cool water. The pillows themselves may be washed in a washing machine if necessary with the pillow cover on and add two towels to balance the washer. Put in a dryer for drying on high heat.
