Great eyeliner!

I have bought this product many times and tried dupes to save some money and they were not as good. I decided to buy it again, the mini version and it smudges, I get make up on my lower eyelids. It’s just not the same formula

Tried putting the eyeliner on. Got a little on the top lids, but when I went back over the areas it missed, it also wiped off the liner.I had worked hard to get on. Never was able to get it on the bottom. Waited an hour after I got the top half way decent(did not look great) and wiped lightly with my finger and it came right off.This is 100% the worst eyeliner I have ever tried. Drug store cheap eyeliner is better than this garbage.

When stuck run under hot water. Wipe the run off off on the back of ur hand until not runny. I use unscented un-everything baby wipes for make up remover. Much cheaper then anything else. Also to save only rip off what you need.

I’ve tried all eyeliners from super cheap to super expensive and this is bang for your buck. You must buy if u have problems with oily Face or oily eyelids. It doesn’t smear one bit. How could you not like Vegan made also
