I'm not a quilter etc so I thought batting would come pre-cut/large quantities etc. so I'm pleased this is cut by the yard so I don't have lots of excess. The texture was a little weird for me as I've never used it before and needed very sharp scissors to cut through - otherwise the scissors just jammed into the batting or pulled the layers apart. The pattern never said what weight of batting to use so I thought it best to go with 3oz so that I can double it if necessary, and less waste if I did double it. I ended up doubling the batting and in the process of stitching the last side. The cushions feel very nice and plush. I was chuffed to get notifications of the parcel being dispatched, out for delivery and delivered as it was through Royal Mail. I was surprised how quick it came. Great price as well, so I'll definitely buy more if I ever need batting again.
