Make sure and buy a magnifying glass when you purchase this. The instructions are very very very small and my eyesight is very good. Fits very well on my ear so happy to see that. I did have one heck of a time to get it into pairing mode. After about a half hour, finally got it to get into pairing mode. Although the instructions mention nothing about how to mute. I purchased this to be able to mute a phone call. It says in the description that this has a mute button. Hopefully they get back in touch with me on this.

Sounds good. unfortunately plays music when I don't want to and is VERY thick behind the ear.

This Bluetooth headset is not the greatest it is pretty big and bulky it is not good for people with glasses because it will not even stay on my ear when I have my glasses on and I have to wear my glasses anytime I am awake and out of bed so this is not good for me. I also do not like that I can only wear it on my right ear because I usually wear my Bluetooth devices on my left ear. I'm not happy with it but I am giving it to my brother and I'm sure he will enjoy it a lot more it does have good sound and you can leave your phone in another room and still get signal it is good in that sense it just does not work for me. It's a good product overall just not for people with glasses

Comfortable, works well, but the directions are useless! Here's the trick for getting it to pair... when turning the headset on, keep your finger on the button. Keep holding it until it starts blinking red and blue. Hope this saves somebody the time and frustration it took us to figure this out!

Can not fit on my ear! Smh I will be re-gifting this item!
