Q: How many carbs in a packet?

I don't think the grass jello itself has carbs , the potato powder to be used for thickening has carbs but I don't know how many carbs , it's about one tablespoon

Q: Does anyone have the ingredients listing?

This only have Chinese mesona in it. No other ingredient such as sugar or corn starch as those needs to be added seperately. That is why this pure grass jelly powder can be cooked into many different recipes.

Q: Is this product sweet? What is the sugar content?

I'd say it's not sweet, in a good way. It has the herbal taste that it's supposed to have, but you can always add sugar if you like.
