This is one of those products that works seamlessly out of the box and thrills you on its first use. It allows you to work behind your microscope with no wires and integrates with your iPhone/iPad (I just used those, it also supports droid and Windows.) The iPad / iPhone app is incredibly easy to use and includes online help. You can easily share your images, email them, or out them on the iPhone/iPad camera roll. Be sure to read the online help as it includes the default wifi password which you will need (password is 12345678) and the online manual in the app is very convenient to use, I connected my iPad to the device directly over wifi and it worked instantly and the iPad app instantly recognized the microscope. It also supports the ability to connect via your wifi network so your iPad stays connected to the Internet while connected to the microscope but I didn't test that as it's inherently more complicated and there was no issue with my connecting directly. The optics and lighting were perfect. I focused my microscope while watching my iPad and it worked very well. It uses a standard fitting -- a c mount with a .5x adapter which fit perfectly on my microscopes. The case is fantastic-- it is as good as it looks in the picture. So that I don't have to remove the .5x adapter when putting it back in the case, I cut the foam to allow that, very easy to do. The build quality is very high, feels solid. This is a rare product that unleashes a very powerful new capability for you, is easy to use, integrates into how you work, and is very reasonably priced.

Camera arrived quickly and packed very well. Set up was a breeze and it's beautifully connected. Microscope isn't here yet but I will update my review with actual pictures from this cam when I've used it.
