great entertainment for all ages
The first place I seen the Sleeping Beauty plug and play was at my granddaughters home in Michigan. We had so much fun playing the game that I looked in all the stores in Michigan that would have it and it was sold out everywhere. I came home to New York and found a cinderalla plug and play and thought it was the game that I played with my granddaughter in Michigan, however it is still a great game but not a good as the sleeping beauty cake game.Children can obtain great coordination with this game a it is a fun game that the children can set up all on their own. I have 2 granddaughters one is 3 and 4 and they both can set the game up all on their own. Great game, great entertainment and lots of fun, I would recommend this game to everyone.

FUN!
My 7yr old daughter loves this game! She would play all day if I let her but we limit her time with video games.

A Must-Get
I remember playing this game when I was around 3-6 years old, nearly 10 years ago. I had so much fun with this. 100% recommended. This was a big pet of my childhood.

Like a 1 game Nintendo, circa 1989
...but that will be fine for most little girls. The games are open ended with no hazards that force you to start over (no concept of 'lives' or time limits anything like that). You grab the flowers or little animals until the repeating loop of music drives you crazy....the real reason why I am posting this review, however, is that while the game is very easy to hook up (likely leading you to toss the manual, as I did), the on-off switch is difficult to find. At the base of the dress there is a row of little white bumps. Slightly to the right of the center menu button, one of these white bumps is actually the switch. I expected the menu button or the rose button or some combination of those to turn the game on, which was a particular challenge when out of the blue my daughter had her heart set on playing the game....so now you can avoid my heart-ache. :^)

Good for beginners
I bought this for my four year old niece. You have to teach them how to play it in the beginning and then they can do it on their own. It really takes about an hour to go over the buttons and things with her because she can't read yet. (theres only three buttons but she has to know when to use them) She loves it though. There are three games....you go a little bit at a time, and once you pass certain checkpoints, the games last longer. But there are only three of them, so this is for a beginner. If your child has never played a video game before, this is the one to get. Then they will better understand the concepts and will be able to advance to a more challenging game. THIS IS A GREAT FIRST BUY THOUGH and will keep you child occupied for months before upgrading.
