Beet Powder
I have used this to make two different types of pasta; fettuccine and ravioli. It made the dough a lovely red color without imparting too much of a beety flavor to the finished dish. That had been my main concern. I only needed to add 2 tsp to the dough recipe to get the color I wanted

Great Stuff.
Great stuff. I used this to color some sugar scrub. It was a little lighter than what I had anticipated, but I'm happy that it is an all natural coloring.

Not for Me
I had to return this because it made me sick. I only used about a teaspoon. Perhaps I am allergic but I eat real beets with no problem.

Best, gives me energy all day long, no joke, it is also much redder in color then the other brands that I have tried......and thrown out because they did absolutely nothing for my energy level, only wish it came in a larger size.

Bad quality
The package look cheap, the label seemed cut by hand and just put on top. The consistency of the product feels like one hard clump.. probably it’s very old. I’m scared to put in in my food.

Not for my use
It's probably ok for certain things but I can't use it in lip balm. It doesn't color well enough and it's gritty, I'm returning it.
