Love Thai food--but this didn't do it for me.
Make your own. This didn't do it for me. Very much a "bottled" sauce. Kinda knew it would be, but hope springs eternal. Try it. You might like it. Or maybe it just needed it doctoring up. I would not repurchase.

Tasty but a bit vinegary
I typically LOVE THEIR products. I do like this but have never had a Thai peanut sauce with a vinegary flavor.

Two Stars
Expensive shipping and meh taste. Even with free shipping, I would rate taste no more than 3.

peanutty delicious
I made a stir-fry today of chopped chicken, chopped snow peas, shredded carrots, chopped red bell pepper, and a mixture of this peanut sauce (which is pretty thick--would probably burn on the stove) and a little chicken broth added to liquefy it a little so nothing would stick to the pan. It was delicious. I'm going to order some more of this sauce--it has a strong peanut taste and tastes much better than peanut butter.

What did I just eat?
This looked amazing in the jar but was a major disappointment. Maybe I had a bad batch or something, but this didn't taste like peanut AT ALL. More like "fermented citrus." It was super sweet, sour, and stripped the moisture from my mouth the way grapefruit juice does. The first bite was such an assault on the senses that I immediately ran to the sink and washed my mouth out. I've never done that with *any* food in my life. The inside of my mouth felt like velcro. Luckily, I tasted it before pouring it all over the family's meal, so the rest of the jar went immediately into the garbage, and we enjoyed our food sans-sauce. 0 starts our of 5 -- would not touch with a 10-foot-pole again.

Would make great dipping sauce, but is a little sweet
Really not bad, has a nice consistency and would make a great quick dipping sauce. I did find it a bit too sweet for my tastes, and would prefer something with a little kick to it. I look forward to trying the other sauces, but would probably just use peanut butter in my cooking instead of buying this particular one again.
