Prebiotic Dietary Fiber Powder: Organic Inulin (FOS) and Resistant Starch for Gastrointestinal Colon & Gut Health with Good Bacteria

Though I'm a regular shopper on Amazon, I am mostly remiss in writing reviews, positive or negative. However, I don't remember ever purchasing a product that had such a quick and dramatic effect as Biome Balance Organic Fiber. I have suffered from constipation the majority of my life. At 61 years old I am finally having large, regular, and comfortable movements. I put it my afternoon smoothie, and another added benefit is I eat a very small dinner because I feel still feel full. I will be a life long customer.

So, I'm always on the lookout for supplements that might make my life better. I've looked at and tried several fiber supplements / probiotic adjacent type products. I really do like this one for improvements I've noticed in my digestion. I do wish that it was a smaller grain product. It's very gritty. You cannot add this to a liquid and have it suspend. There have to be solids present for it to stick to, otherwise it just sinks to the bottom. That's my biggest complaint. Best added to a smoothie with Banana or Peanut Butter - any thoroughly sticky food, or something heavier like Oats maybe.

It was very grainy and I ended up accidently leaving it on the counter one day and had to throw it out since it requires refridgeration. It's a huge bottle, too, so it took up too much space in my fridge.

The product really turned my digestive system around for the good. I noticed the improvement on the second day of taking it. It was amazing.
