A: Nopes no authorised personnel will come to aid...u will have to arrange it urself someone for assembling it. You can assemble it urself though!!

A: The top two shelves have glass slides

**Q: Does it bend on keeping books**
A: No. I have kept many books, but it has not bent yet. Using it for past 4 months. Just don't move it wen there are books inside. Then it might loose it's balance.
