Have used this cup for roughly 10 days. It was cared for as described in instructions, hand washing only and it was cared for never dropping it. While it did keep coffee warm for a few hours, I was not impressed at the duration of time it was kept warm beyond a regular travel mug (of which we own many.) It was easy to clean and use daily so we decided to keep with it. Suddenly, yesterday the cup developed a pronounced rattle inside the cup, between the two layers of stainless steel. It is terribly annoying and makes the cup unusable as every single time you raise the cup to your lips it rattles like a baby toy. Its going back.

This is the best Thermal tumbler that I have ever used. It is every bit as good (if not a little better) than Yeti. This keeps ice overnight. My coffee stays hot for at least 4 hours - maybe longer. I love that the top's seal is removable for cleaning and the slide cap also comes off. This is a truly great tumbler!

Well built, insulates well. My complaint is that the size/shape of the lid opening makes sipping hot coffee awkward. You either get a drizzle which seems to move toward the roof of the mouth, or if you tip it back more you get too much- a problem if it's a hot beverage. This is not a problem for cold beverages.

originally was very pleased with my purchase, but recently cup has developed a rattle. Something inside the base has broken or come loose. Now cup just makes a horrible rattling sound whenever trying to use. So annoying that i can no longer use to drink. Have only had for about 6 weeks and have not abused in any way.originally gave a 3, but after reconsidering, now changing to 2 star. A well taken care of cup should last longer than a month and a half.

The media could not be loaded.  These are AWESOME!! Great Quality and a GREAT price! I bought 3 of them to practice making epoxy Tumblers. And they’ve held up beautifully! Great for crafters!

This cup is awesome! No need to spend extra $$$ on the Yetti brand when this brand does the same thing. Keeps ice all day, even without ice drink stays cold most of the day. Hot drinks stay hot way longer than with a regular coffee cup. Great product, I'd recommend for anyone!

Good cup, keeps hot drinks hot. I've used it for more than a year. I wash it on the top rack of the dishwasher without issue. I removed the sliding part of the cap since it doesn't really stop spills, it makes drinking difficult and it must be removed to clean the lid.

Good size and proportions for my uses. Seems well-made. Reasonably priced. The slide closure has a solid feel to it and clicks firmly into place.
