Used it once since I just got it. Fits well, snugly. I'm a man, about medium size. Tried it only being cooled in the refrigerator first time. Worked well. I see no problems with it.

Great solution for my shoulder injury as I work through my physical therapy! Fits well and stays chilled. Love the gel as it is soft yet cold against my shoulder.

I bought this for a knee injury and it works pretty well. The pros are that it is large and can bend around my knee, thigh, and calf areas, and the Velcro straps stay secure. The cons are that it only stays cold for about 20 to 30 minutes, it does not wrap snugly around my leg, and condensation tends to build up on the outside as it warms on your leg. It's fine for us purpose but not great.

Well made, very soft and comfortable. Problem for me is that it is sized for a MUCH larger chest and arm. I am not sure if I will return or adapt it.

The product is nice and well made. However, it does not get cold enough for me and mine only stays cold for a few minutes. I will be purchasing another one that stays cold longer.

My knee pain made it difficult for me to walk. After wrapping the cold pad around my knee and greatly lessened the pain. Reasonably priced, flexible and the quality was good.
