Great idea, but they don't stay in place if wet at all... I bought these hoping to go on my glass containers that don't have lids. When you take anything out of the refrigerator there is inevitably condensation and so they never stick again to the container unless you get a towel and dry everything off lid and container and then dry it off again... and then it might stick. But if any of the sides are wet when it goes in the fridge then it will slip off and you will find uncovered containers and lids on the shelves. The first thing I tried was a butternut squash (since there was a cantaloupe covered in the photo) but it did not stick AT ALL. Not sure if there is something I'm not doing right.. I dried both the vegetable and the lid with a towel and it never worked. These lids are very frustrating, not sure how other people do not have this same problem.

They are awesome when they work :) Sadly, they are often hard to get on and sometimes wont stay on, especially when cold or wet :( Also, there are, in our opinion, way to many small lids, as the larger lids are way more useful.

I wish I'd known about these a long time ago! I love saving trash from the landfill and these are great. The 4 next-to-smallest size were what I needed to cover ramekins and dessert dishes - the rest are a great bonus, especially the smallest ones for cans (I always can use those!). Super!

These lids are just the sort of thing I was looking for to help me reduce my plastic wrap/foil usage and to help make up for some of those lost lids I have for my glass storage containers. So far, they are proving to be helpful in covering everything from leftover coffee to a half-cut watermelon. I even stretched one of the small ones over a half an avocado! My only gripe is that when these are wet, they don't stay on the container, so there are a few times when making these stretch and stay has been a bit, well, annoying. Usually carefully drying the container and the lid resolves the issue, but I will admit I have had to give up on them a couple of times. Overall, I am so pleased with the purchase though!

I really like these lids, have not found anything they won't stick to - I even put a small one over the cut end of a lemon, and days later it is still fresh and moist - I put one of the larger ones over a bowl with frozen chicken that I was thawing on the counter to keep anything from getting on the chicken, and it worked great - would highly recommend them - I do wish they sold sets of separate sizes, though, as I would have liked getting a couple more of the larger sized ones in the set the offer instead of so many small ones

First off, these lids do a great job of stretching, covering, and providing a tight seal around your bowls, cups, and opened canned goods. These lids are also very easy to clean and are very convenient. I truly believe that I will no longer need plastic wrap for my food storage in the future. Knowing that this product is made of food grade silicone (it passed the silicone pinch test) is also a plus. These lids are great for those who aspire to start a zero waste lifestyle as well. I contacted customer service and not only were they prompt, but they were very excellent and addressing my concerns and needs. I have already highly recommend this product and especially the seller to my friends!

I first saw this product at the Orange County fair. Granted it was a different manufacturer, the product seemed easy to use and a great product for sealing containers and ensuring freshness of food. The only down side was the cost of $20 for 6 varying sizes. I was very pleased to find this product on Amazon for half the cost and double the amount. While the quality seems to be the same, it is quite difficult to use and I have yet mastered on how to use this product without the assistance of someone else. The product doesn't seem to grip as easily as demonstrated by a sales rep (keep in mind it was a different manufacturer). Overall, this was a good buy for a try. I'll continue to struggle with the product, but it is a decent item. I purchased 4 packs (1 for myself, and 3 for others). Hopefully my family/friends have better luck then I do.

These don't hold well, are often hard to put on, and fall to the bottom of the dishwasher where they can melt on the heating element, like mine did. I THOUGHT I'd like them, and, foolishly, bought two sets. Waste of money.
