Plazmatic X Windproof Electric Beam USB Rechargeable Lighter - Black Ops

ORDER was PLACED May on 9, 2016 and it just died.Aug. 30, 2017. I thought at first I'd never have to buy another lighter as long as I took good care of this one by keeping the electrodes free of any build up. WRONG !!! It worked great at first only needing charges once every couple days or so. For the last couple months of it's life it has been needing an almost daily charge. As time went on I noticed the electrodes slowly vanishing getting shorter and shorter so I knew it was a matter of time, but how much time I didn't know then. I know now 1 year two months 21 days later. Just tonight it went to the lighter grave yard in the sky. Even though I was disappointed by it's relatively short existence I was going to get another one only to discover they are no longer available. I took two stars off because of that and the over hype as to the quality of these types of lighters. These dual plasma lighters are at very best a $12.00 or $13.00 item.

Ordered 2 of these lighters for me and a friend a few months back. Was really happy with the product and no complains whatsoever.Unfortunately, my friend's lighter stopped working after approx. a month of usage (won't charge even when we tried different micro cords/ chargers.)Was initially just going to chock-it-up to buyer's regret and leave a bad review since I live in the Philippines and it's not like ordering from Amazon US is "economical" here.Anyway, thought of it and finally decided to contact the supplier regarding my problem. At this point, I was like, "what do I have to lose aside from a few minutes drafting an email?"Goes without saying I was surprised ElementiumLighters came back to me and offered to send me a replacement.2 months after that, finally got the replacement (delay due to shipping time to my country, another story) and it works perfectly fine. Haven't had enough time to test this out but my original one still works fine anyway.Long story short, the product works as advertised. It's really cool and you get a lot of inquiries about it. Not very sure of its quality as my friend's did break down after a month. Silver lining is they have awesome customer service.

The lighter worked great for about a week. After a week one of the heads stopped firing and as a result there is only one plasma beam that fires. For as much money as I spent, I figured it would last longer.

Just got my lighter today. Shipped surprisingly fast, so that was a nice surprise. It came mostly charged as well. It comes in a cute little box, not too fancy but nonetheless nice. Also included a charger. The reason I only gave it 4 stars is because it makes this very high pitched noise. I'm not sure if I received a defective lighter or if it normally does this. Can someone shed some light on this for me?

My husband has dropped it ALOT and it still works like new it lights his cigarette and cigar both with no problems if it hets lost stolen or broken ill definitely come back for another one

Sent me a broken unit. Does not charge properly and cannot turn on.

Absolutely love this product! Easy to use, less dangerous than a regular lighter and better for the environment, too. Has a long life before the next recharge (100 uses) and charges quickly. Definitely good on the go!
