After viewing Dr Oz online hyping this green coffee bean extract I decided to try it. It does seem to work, and really seems to be no noticeable side effects....jitters or nervous etc. I have increased exercise and eat sensibly as well. It seems that it has some appetite suppression qualities although there is no claim for that. This is the best price i have found for the real 800 mg dose recommended by Dr Oz

So far so good. These pills do NOT make you jittery, and if you follow a decent diet you will lose weight. I haven't been taking them long enough to say that what I have been eating hasn't contributed to the weight loss, but as far as diet pills go, my main issue is the side affects and I personally have not had any issues.

Because of taking medications for Parkinson's, weight gain had gone totally out of control. I had just about given up any hope of being my "old self" again I am here to say this product really works. Bull! Tried, it, tried it, tried it. Doesn't work for me. I've lost 46 pounds in 18 months, the hard way. The hard way is eating good food, less of it and exercising harder than i knew was possible. I lost weight and lots of it. I had 15 more pounds to loose, and was having a hard time so i tried this. nothing! Nope! Not'a a pound. My experience is this is a waste of money. Here's to hoping you have better luck than i did...and that's coming from a true fatty.

Have not used it exactly the way they recommend so I have not seen any drastic results. I am hoping that it will help in some small way to get me started on my weight loss program. Did not have any adverse effects.

Is it real or a placebo it does not work as advertised or promised. I think it is a placebo.

I have been dieting like a mad woman and taking it religiously, but I really haven't lost a pound. I think this is something that will work with younger folks - I'm 65 and I think my metabolism has called it a day.
