Bought for grandchild to use when visiting. Grandchild had already been using one from age 6m. Previously I had bought the one that was a similar version by Munchkin which kept leaking and then completely stopped working after2 weeks (even adults couldn't drink from it) tried all the troubleshooting advice and it still wouldn't work.

**Q: How can the straw be cleaned without using a dishwasher?**
A: Hi there,
To clean your straw, please make sure to separate every part of the straw and then soak it in warm soapy water for a couple of minutes. For the brush method, make sure to use our sippy cup cleaning brush and pay close attention to the mouthpiece and inside of the straw.

**Q: The straw isnt allowing any water through even after sucking on it. Could this be a defective straw or are we doing something wrong!**
A: Hi there! The drinking bottle straws have a bite valve, which means you have to apply pressure using your mouth or teeth in order to release the liquid, this is by design :)

Great product, highly recommend, leak proof, sturdy, easy to clean, easy for baby 6m+ to use, very reliable. Bought for grandchild to use when visiting. Perfect cup with zero spill, have had this for months now with no issues. The straw has the heavy bit at the end which makes it move with gravity so the baby can drink even if lying down flat with the cup upside down, again with a great seal and never any spill. Would highly recommend as an initial switch from bottle to cup.
