what are the ingredients?

I tried to order this but it was on back order for a long time, then not available, then available for $69. More than twice the original price. I didn't order so I have no idea what is in it but I'm not happy about my experience.

Are there 2 bottles in this box?

Yes, there are 2 botttles both in single boxes.

where can I buy Vitry Magic touch polish remover?

I use the regular nail polish remover. I have been doing that for years.

should this product be used at the same time as the nail repair care or sequentially?

I have only used Nail Repair Treatment with great success. I followed the directions in the beginning. Now I use it once a week as a base coat and top coat. My nails have never been this healthy.
