I bought several of these for the women in my house. The product contains 0.5 oz of 18% OC pepper spray which the packaging indicates is "New Jersey legal".The spray appears to be quite robust at 10-12 feet in short bursts. In order to increase the effectiveness, the entire face (eyes, nose and mouth) must be sprayed which can be easily accomplished at 10 feet or less. Very easy to use!The product was well packaged for shipping and arrived extremely quickly via USPS Priority Mail. Also included in the packaging is a useful bookmark with "Safety Tips for Women".Even if someone notices this tucked into your bag, it really does look like a lipstick...not like some of the other bulky, colorful spray containers.Would I recommend this product to others? -- YesWill I purchase again from this seller? -- Yes
