You have to use the YooSee software with them to access from Mobile and CMSClint for PC. They do work for a RTSP stream (link example for this model is rtsp://username:password@IPaddress:554/onvif1). Kind of a pain to integrate into Shinobi, Zoneminder and iSpy but the included free software is good enough if your fine with accepting the permissions request.
