It's a good grinding alternative for camping, loss of electrical power, or just when wanting hand-ground coffee. Filling up the bean chamber, then grinding for @ 5 to 10 minutes while watching tv yielded enough fine ground coffee for 3 days of my one per morning cuppa.

I own a hario mini and now this one, I like that the crank is a little but just a little bit larger than the harios so you can grind you coffee a little bit faster, I dont like that the box clearly shows that you can dissemble the grinder and take the burrs out to clean them but as a matter of fact you cant take out the inner burr to clean it because it is like "encapsulated" in the main body (see picture) so If you wanna clean the inner burr you have to wash the whole thing and hope for the best.as for the body it is made of stainless steel but it feels super flimsy , one drop and it will dent.For 10 USD I think it is a fair price for the quality of product you are buying.

Not fancy, but it is worth the price.It looks exactly the same like those sold for more and up $ 60 on Amazo, and I think they are all from the same factory, and work the same. That is why I bought this not any of the others after carefull coparison.

This will work well fit campers who want fresh ground coffee and are willing to work a bit for it. Not really optimal for home use.

Ceramic cutters are better than steel blades. I like the idea of making coffee a cup at a time. There is a ritual to it. I use the reusable Keurig cup and off I go. Item is well made and the handle is easy on and off for storing in a drawer. I wouldn't want to grind for a pot, but a cup at a time is fine.

Not suitable for fine espresso grind as it takes forever to grind. Otherwise probably good for drip or pour over.
