- ST CLEMENTS HONEY MUSTARD: A unique style mustard; almost Dijon-like with its' creamy texture plus we add a little whole grain mustard for personality. Blended with sun ripened sweet oranges, fragrant lemons and our very own locally produced wild flower honey. This mustard is not your average just too sweet honey mustard and leaves others in the dust. Excellent with chicken or spread it thickly on smoked ham chops as a glaze to make them sing
