Black + Decker Dustbuster Handheld Vacuum, Cordless, AdvancedClean+, White (HHVK320J10)

I replaced a 5 year old handheld black and decker that finally kicked the bucket after 5 loyal years of service. Thought I was upgrading when I moved over to this model as it claims to have more suction power. This is, hands down, the worst vaccum cleaner I've ever used. It lost suction after about a week and now things fall back out through the neck as I'm vacuuming! Seriously, you can get something for 20 fewer dollars at 20 times the value. Be Warned!

If we hadn't thrown the box away; I'd return it. The claims about suction and battery life may be true, and it is lightweight -- the plastic is so thin, I can't believe it will be durable. But my main complaint is the nozzle: It's about 1.5 inches by 1 inch, so it picks up very little, and you have to point it just so to even get that. I hate it!

I had my Pivot for almost 18 months before the battery died and bought this one instead. I returned this and got another Black and Decker Pivot, in spite of the battery problem. The pivot has suction and it's angled design makes it easier to get into tight spaces.

I like everything about this product, it has a great extension Rod which can get into tight spots. I use it to clean in between windows, window sills and small messes.
