Apps can't be downloaded because even though it says 16gigs of internal memory available, it prompts you for a memory card with a message stating there is not enough space available. Freezes constantly.

'Tis infected. BUYER BEWARE!
Caveat emptor, I must say. A friend of mine just got his hands on one, and it is infected with the dreaded CloudsOTA malware. Using the remover tool by TechKnow/HcH did the trick initially, but it showed up like a mushroom upon rebooting, no thanks to a script embedded in boot.img. A firmware edit can rectify this issue, but for now, steer clear from this until the company issues a disinfected ROM.
