Low quality, every use you have to pick up the residue it leaves behind (looks like small red cotton pellets and a lot of fibers), no good, will not buy this product again.

Does not remove the dust from my car, just moves it around.

This is just like a California Duster and it's been especially useful during pollen season in Texas. All the cars here are neon yellow for a couple of months in the spring, but this duster keeps my car looking great. I was concerned about possibly scratching the paint by dragging dirt and debris trapped in the fibers across the car, but I realized the way to use this is to lightly glide the tips over the paint to sweep off and capture the particles. I shake it out after every pass and haven't had any issues with micro-scratches or marring. Obviously washing a car is preferable to dusting it, but in between washes, I'd recommend using this duster followed by a wipe-down with a Quick Detailer product and a microfiber cloth. The cover is removeable and washable. It's very easy to remove. The fibers feel like microfiber yarn and it does shed a bit initially, but after shaking it out a couple of times, it has stopped shedding. It comes in a reusable plastic case so it's easily stored flat in the trunk. The handle is not retractable. I was lucky enough to receive a discount in exchange for an honest review. I purchased this product with my own money and I'm glad I did!

I got the plastic handle Akcord Duster the plastic handle one feels plenty sturdy, You can trust that this item works well and does not scratch your paint. I was always skeptical previously and just asssumed these things scratched the car. It is is a DUSTER, NOT a scrub brush. Only to be used on finishes that are otherwise clean but have dust/pollen on them. If you scrub with it to remove mud, splotches, bird droppings, etc., it WILL scratch, just as dry rubbing a car's finish with ANYTHING will scratch it. You let the Duster do the work, lifting the dust right off the car. Doesn't just push it around, but actually lifts it off. The item arrived on time and in excellent condition; packaged properly with cover and instructions. Takes minutes to dust off an entire car, yet the result makes your car look like you just washed it.I am really very happy with this Akcord Duster and would not hesitate to recommend one to anyone with a car or motorcycle. Just be aware what it is not made for a car that is wet or very dirty. This product was provided at a discounted price in exchange for my honest review.

I'm going to start off with the reasons why I deducted one star. First of all, the title of the product says microfiber however I really don't believe this is microfiber, this is just made of some kind of threads, similar to those california dusters. To me, that particular fact doesn't make a huge deal however if you are very strictly and specifically looking for something that is microfiber, this is not the product for you. Secondly, if you plan on using it make sure you shake it out first and maybe even wash it otherwise you'll end up with a lot of red lint all over the place. Outside of those two things the duster seems to be well made, the handle seems sturdy and the duster piece looks like it is removable and probably washed although there are no directions that say how. The plastic handle itself looks like it will hold up for a while as long as you don't over apply pressure when trying to clean something, remember its a duster not a scrubber. One nice bonus is that it comes with a zippered storage bag that you can place it in to store between uses. This makes it ideal if you want to carry it in your car so you don't have the dusted off dirt getting inside your car. I haven't completely used it for my car entirely but I did a quick spot clean check on the window as you can see in the attached pictures and it certainly cleaned off some dust with the first pass. Granted this is dust that has been on there for weeks now but I imagine that it will be easier to maintain if you dust soon after a car wash. Most of the time vehicles don't really get that dirty, its just alot of dust accumulation that occurs from driving around in the city. For that kind of purpose I think the duster serves well in between car washes to keep your car looking clean. I received this product at a discount for an unbiased, fair review.

The packaging of this product is very cheaply made. Like I always say the packing speaks for the product. the description of this product and the pictures are a complete lie. This in no way whatsoever have a microfiber brush. Its made out of cheap thread that doesn't do anything to help clean the car. I have a similar brush and is way to small to clean the whole car with but that actually has a microfiber brush. When used it just made a bunch of dust lines on my car. I looked at multiple videos to see how to use it properly and guess what ? none of their MICROFIBER dusters looked like the one I had (aside from the handle ). Complete waste of money. The packaging doesn't even say microfiber duster . but the amazon title and amazon description clearly write out "microfiber car duster".I received this product at a discount.
