Light of Persia inspired by its predecessor earrings, this necklace combines genuine antique coral beads from Yemen~ they are dyed deep red coral with lots of nooks and visible matrix, some beads are 13 mm lengths with about 60 grams of coral with aged character. The lamps are hand made bicone shaped beads of folded and joined coin silver with turbine hand cut Czech glass that has a deep turquoise glow. There are little eroded deep aqua Czech glass that have splashes of metallic gold wash that are translucent when held to the light. Beads are separated by tiny little African silver heishi and aqua glass seeds. Necklace is beaded to be asymmetrical so your eye moves about the piece. The necklace measures 22.25 inches / 56.5 cm. It closes with my own sterling silver clasp that is oxidized and polished. Total weight 80 grams.
