I take 3 drops a day in my morning coffee because I am a vegetarian

Does last a long time, great product. I put the drops on one side of my belly and the other side I swipe homemade magnesium oil.

I received iodine without any delay or damage to the packaging. I have not used it as yet so I cannot say. However, once I use it and find the benefits to be satisfactory I will do an update.Thanks you!

This is a product that several doctors recommended. I have only had the product for a few days, so I can not speak to its efficacy as of yet, but I can say there have not been any negative side effects for me, (each person should consult their own doctor and determine if it is for them). It is easy to take. It came in a timely manner and was well packaged. If things continue as they have been this is a product I would buy again.

This product needs a warning for drug interactions as from what I read on drug md site can cause serious problems for me as I am older and take Lisinopril.So I cannot use this.I wish I would of known before ordering and then finding this out when searching how to use this kind of product.A youtube Dr? recommended.
