I was ten times more efficient and far less frustrating than conventional sealing wax for putting a lot of quality seals on paper in a shorter period of time. The seals it made were superior in looks to those I made with conventional sealing wax. Just remember that it usually requires two sticks of sealing wax to be loaded int o the gun for it to function properly and you will be fine.

The wax does dribble a little from the tip sometimes so I had some parchment paper underneath it while I worked. I think that was more of a wax issue than any issue with the gun. A: Yes, I bought this glue gun specifically to use wax. I do not expect to get the wax out of it ever, so be aware that the color will stay.
