Pretty cool product. The instructions are not clear about whether or not the touch functionality works when projecting on a wall but that doesn’t seem to work. There are a lot of things in the stock App Store (Uptodown) that I cannot download. A lot of the apps crash often. It has a lot of potential and is a very cool device but feels like it still in its early development phases and I am looking forward to the next iterations of the device.

I'm surprising the function of this projector. Different from the traditional one, this projector works more like a multifunction ipad/computer. It's a Christmas gift for my kids. Delivery fast. High technology product, very cool, easy to operate, touch without touchscreen. By putting on the table, it can be directly controlled by touching. The definition and sound effects of the movie basically meet my requirements for projection. Casting from smart phone, any pc and ipad, automatically focusing and projecting are very convenient for me.After a few days of experience, I felt that the projection does not hurt the eyes. And the children can study online, ZOOM very conveniently.

When I saw the device the first time, I had the same reaction when I saw the first iPhone debuted in 2007. The device is truly magical. It arrived very professionally packed, and using it is a breeze. The support from puppyrobot.com is phenomenal, they have been with me step by step. I totally recommend this device for any user that wants the device for business or personal use. It is very easy and super fun to use. Prepare to be amazed!!

Posted some pics for proof of ownership. I bought this directly from Hachi. I knew the software was going to be rough, but hoped that it would eventually catch up to the rockin' technology that's at the core of this device. Unfortunately, the hope that they would properly maintain it was misplaced. The hope for true Google Services integration was a pipe dream. The last update to their core Android OS was about a month after I bought it in August 2020. (They don't put dates on their software updates, which is also telling.)Using it as a "casting" device, my fallback if the tech failed me, was also very disappointing. Poor casting support. Poor compression correction. It's just... bad, all around.If they put ChromeOS on here, proper Android updates, or, minimally, properly integrated Google Services, this would be a COMPLETELY different device. I would talk about it all day long. But no... they seem to have drop maintenance, being less than 4 months old. Do not expect updates. Do not expect long term maintenance. Just... don't buy it. Hachi should feel the pain of warehouses full of these little boxes... and decide that proper maintenance of this device would be worth it. When that update comes, believe me, I'll put 5 stars down immediately.Oh, as a short throw projector? It's good. It's not meant to be its primary use and you can find dozens of others tools that are better resolution and a whole lot cheaper, but... that's the one thing it is pretty good at.

not worth it considering you can't actually use any downloaded apps that you'd want to use. don't buy unless they update to google play services

The media could not be loaded.  The price is very high, the product quality is very poor, the overall system is not adequate. There are only a few fitness and cooking recipes in the system, not like what they advertised.I bought this for my kids to learn, but the touchscreen is extremely insensitive, and every time my kids use it, they yell and get grumpy. and the customer service refused to reply messages when they heard we want to return it. The video i attached shows 5th time of using this product.Very very bad experience
