Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  First time I ordered it was the wrong product I asked for a return and ordered again after explaining the problem instead of getting 12 mm tempered Pyrex tubes I got 10 mm plain borosilicate tubesso because I broke a couple of them before I could return them I went ahead and just ordered again explained what the problem was and they sent me again the 10 mm untempered or non-tempered borosilicate tubes that don’t work worth a damn and you know I just don’t have time to wrap and print labels andStand in line to return is not worth the five dollars ,And I really need to use something,And these do the job for me one or two times , then I have to disassemble and replace because of cracks or breaks and then it’s useless. I really like my Pyrex

ordered once before and had no issues, left a great review thought they were great pipes. This second order 2 of the pipes were already cracked upon opening my package which is quite disappointing

Product is great & exactly what I needed. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is because this is my second time ordering these, and both times, I received two that had a tiny little fracture in the glass (see pictures). If you’re ordering these for the same reason I did, we all know eventually the damage will be done... it’s just a bummer to start with a brand spankin’ new, fresh glass “tube” that’s broken to begin with... even the tiniest little fracture can make a difference... (Last time I just gave the two cracked ones away to people who’s current glass tubes were in terrible condition, so even my broken one made their day lol.) I’d think that these wouldn’t have been sent out to me this way, but they were wrapped very well in bubble wrap for shipping, so I’m not sure how it would’ve happened during transport... Either way, besides that one complaint, they’re perfect size, super durable & they arrived quickly. Definitely will be ordering again, just hope next time I can be the one to put the first crack into them!

I’d performed a non standard testing to it to a point that I think a low quality borosillicate and reg. soda lime glass will break or crack. I cant believe it did not even crack. What exactly I did is I’ve heated it to close the open end and blow it to make the wall appox. 1mm and then oxidize it a little by heating it some more to a point that it gets foggy, which is just probably superficial. 3 feet drop was made and it passed, i haven’t check for the spec accuracy when it comes to OD,ID and wall thickness

I ordered these on two different occasions. The first batch was great. The second batch was certainly not pyrex as they all broke under mederately high heat.

Unfortunately they all are defected. Not worth the time and effort to return them but I wouldn’t buy again from here.
