This is a nice laptop. The touchscreen is awesome. And pen comes with it to use on touchscreen. I would recommend this product.

Great laptop for the price and features which includes bluetooth as well (missing info in the description). I wanted to find a similar budgeted 2-in-1 Windows pc that can fold into a tablet and is portable with a screen between greater than 10.1" but less than 14" in screen size making this laptop a perfect fit. With 4gb ram, it is enough to get some work done. You can install regular programs that you can normally use on a normal pc just fine (like printer software, business applications, etc).

am used to HP or Lenovo computers and thought would take a chance on this one,have not decided if I like it yet or not as have only charged it up at the shop and signed into that internet.will add more after I use it for a while.this unit over heats when plugged in and no longer charges have scarcely used it as is small and was to replace this old thing I have been using am not happy but it should have a one year warranty and cannot find the seller to return for refund.the seller has received the unit back but has failed to refund me yet am contacting Amazon about this and hope to get some satisfaction.

Ordered this laptop in April 2021. In September 2021 I had it sent back for repair, because the screen kept blinking in and out. I was told that it would be shipped back to me once it was repaired. I reached out to the company at the end of October, only to be told that it has now been sent to the manufacturer for further repairs. It is now November 30, 2021 and I'm still waiting to receive my laptop, which is still under warranty. I also see that the price on this laptop has dropped $100. I've paid too much money on this thing, and the last thing I needed was it to stop working 5 months after purchasing it. 3 months later and I'm still awaiting repairs.

Laptop works fine. The USB pen it came with fell apart the day I opened it so that was a flop, but I didn't really want that so I didn't care

I never got my stylus with the the laptop. At first I was so distracted by how light weight it was and the screen quality was good enough with using my fingers on the touch screen. But that missing stylus has a USB that I would really want.

I love it. The pressure needed to use the keyboard is light. I appreciate that. The colors are bright. The touch screen is excellent. As you get older the ability to see small print is diminished. I can zoom in as large as I need to. Fast start up time is excellent.

I have 3 laptops all with the same specifications, but all from different makes and different OS's. This is the slowest of them with so many glitches for a new laptop. You press a key and maybe if you are lucky 10 - 20 secs later it might respond, or might make you press it again to get it to work. It also get so hot you can't hold it in your lap even with the little vent uncovered. I have had mine 3 days and have already reset so I can return it. With the cons out of the way, the pros are, it is light weight, well built. The blue is a beautiful darker blue. It has USB ports on both sides and it comes with a pointer pen. The cap on the pointer pen with the usb drive does not stay on the pen very well. I also
