On the wall, the hook is 5.75" wide x 3.75" tall, and measures 4" from the wall to its lips. The fish comes in two simple-to-install pieces. The back piece is held to the wall with the included screw and self-tapping drywall anchor, and only a screwdriver is needed for installation. When this piece is secured to the wall, simply slide the face piece into a groove in the back piece. The fish head will lock into place, hiding the installation screw.
