Kind of Good
When you first print with this ink it is nice and dark with a good black color. It's also a great price per ribbon. The issue is that after a few months, the ink sort of bleeds through the paper in a reddish-purple color, to where the back of the page is almost completely bled through. See the attached image to see what I am talking about. This was taken about nine months after printing. The color doesn't show good in the image, but in "real life" it's reddish-purple. It's not the paper, as I have prints from a few months earlier using Epson ink that do not have the issue. The color on the front is fading as well.Anyway, whether or not it's a deal breaker will depend on you. After 9 months it's fading and bleeding through, I don't know if it's done or if it will be even worse after a year or more. But depending on the job, it's decent cheap ink.

Slow but steady
I have used many printers, and the positive about this model - the large ink tanks. However it's slow and noisy, and the interface has you pushing buttons for the littlest things. Print quality is good for a ink jet.
