I wanted to replace them and found this to try. Pros:    • Fits ear tightly • Good audio in ear • Good audio in mic • Coiled cable near ear • Mic clip  Cons:  NoneThis earpiece is a great replacement for the stock ones that came with my radios. The audio quality is pretty good both in the mic and the earpiece. The mic clips onto my clothing and holds firmly. The coil near the earpiece helps keep the earpiece from falling out while moving around. It adds to the comfort. Overall, I am very pleased with this microphone earpiece.
