Review: Setting this up I had to use the CD. Now tested after updates, great. - I have 3 PC's, presently setting them up, with 2 of the PC's they are old & slow, so took a while, will do the laptop in the morning. You will need the serial No, Password, these ae located RHS below the print cartridges near your belly. At first I thought I had bought a Sposie, Then I found the setup CD, Magic. This needs several updates, 4 days in a row from 3 PC's I haven't got the pc scanner working yet, it does double sided scanning direct to PC, also now the double sided printing works. It is big, I mean BIG, heavy, but now I have a very good priced scanner A4 / A3 printer scanner, down side is it is inkjet, I do not do much printing now days. Recommended for private use. Print is good quality not too sure about colour yet. Might test with some photos later. Changed from 4 to 5 star. Watch this space.

The automatic document feeder is wonderful and copes very well with double sided print. The printer inks are easy to change with a wide variety of replica and original inks available. The borderless print mode makes letters and other important documents look professional. The dual side printing mode eliminates the guesswork of enduring printing only odd on one side and then even on the other and worrying about correct orientation it simply prints on one side then takes the page back in and prints on the other side. The instructions were a little vague and might not be suitable for a first time printer owner or those who are technophobic. The paper trays can accommodate a large stack of paper meaning fewer changes needed and the output tray is simply superb as it automatically slides out to the right length for the paper used. I've used a lot of printers and this is my new favourite.

**Q: Does this printer have A3 and A4 paper trays**
A: Ooops - er -actually it does - the A4 trays expand to A3 but it wasn't obvious from the instructions - sorry!!

**Q: Does this accept the same ink cartridges as the WF3520?**
A: No, this does not use the same inks as the WF-3520, this uses the Suitcase 405 inks, where as the WF-3520 uses the Apple or Stag inks.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great printer, but on the large size

I researched a number of printers before choosing this one, but am pleased with my purchase. It's big & heavy, so be sure you have a suitable location for it. My experience so far has been good. It is well packaged, but easy to remove from the box with the container bag. Setup was straightforward, it takes you through step by step. It is a complex device with many features, but you can get printing without knowing too much detail. It's not clear, but A3 paper goes in the botton tray which extends & on which the cover fits. A4 paper ( or other sizes) goes in the tray above. It prints quickly, even two sided copies. Some of the features need time to get the hang of, but scanning is a breeze once the scan feature is set up on the connected PC. The manual runs to 990 pages, but the online version allows search by topic which speeds thing up. I subscribed to the Ready Print ink service which works well & seems good value for money. I wanted the ability to scan & print A3 size. Don't buy this model unless that is your requirement - there are similar A4 only models you can choose. Overall verdict: a complex beast but a great machine.
