Stoneware Preparation Before your 1st use, wash by hand in hot water.Preheat the oven, do not preheat the stoneware.In choosing the appropriate sized stoneware, your food should cover a minimum of 2/3 of the stoneware surface to avoid thermal shock. Always distribute evenly.Baking/cooking times will be longer if the recipe is for less than 15 minutes. If longer than 15 minutes, please follow your recipe and check internal temperature before serving.Dense frozen foods, like roasts, chops and chicken must be thawed in your refrigerator before baking; frozen foods in hot stoneware can also cause thermal shock.To prevent breakage from extreme temperature changes, always place your stoneware on a wooden cutting board or large trivet. Price tag
The item is exactly as I expected and I am very pleased with that - but I paid what I felt was a very fair price but when the item arrived it had aprice tag on the bottom for $20 less than I paid. May need to make sure you remove the price tags.

Great product!
Awesome product, it arrived broken the first time and then had hairline cracks in it the second time. If you get a good pan, they are awesome! Just make sure you check it out as the manufacturer says not to use it if there are any cracks at all. Love the one I got that isn't cracked and if you follow the instructions with oil and the oven your muffins won't stick at all!

Came with large chip, should have listened to reviews
Somehow this item and my review did not end up getting published so here I go again. I was so excited to receive this but as soon as it arrived, I had to send it right back. It had a big chip right in one of the muffin cups that just a touch would make it get bigger. Overall item felt not well made and not very sturdy. I'm glad it had that flaw or I might have kept it only to have it fail later. I decided based on reviews and my own experience not to try another one.

Great product
I use this pan weekly. I use coconut oil and the bread comes right out. It cooks all the way through and evenly. At present I used it for rolls but will make muffins in the future.

Costly mistake
Very expensive mistake. My popovers stuck like cement to the pan and I followed all directions . Wish I could return it. It is very heavy too and impossible to clean.

This pan is AMAZING! SO much better than toxic 'non-stick' pans that are a PAIN to clean! This pan is easy to use and you barely have to grease it
