Baiston Unique Ear Contour Design PC K-Type Two Way Radio Headset Color BlackI am a ham radio operator and own several Baofeng radios. I have been needing to replace the headsets that came with them as they have broken. I found this one and wanted to give it a try. Pros:    • Fits snug over ear • Sounds great • Mic audio is very good • Fits well into my radio • Long cord • Cord clip for clothing  Cons:  NoneThe sound quality is very good both with the mic and earpiece. The cord is on very tight and shows no signs of breaking. The microphone has a clip so I can attach it to my clothing. The earpiece fits over my ear. I wear glasses and the earpiece fits very well. The length of cable is nice because I can keep my radio clipped to my belt or tucked away in my jacket and not worry about the cord not reaching. Overall, I am very pleased with this headset.

I bought it to use with my  BaoFeng UV-5R Dual Band Two Way Radio (Black)  but, sadly, I wasn't able to do much testing with it. As soon as I took it out of its package, I went to put the earpad on the earbud. The earpad immediately ripped. I'd love to test this earpiece more but without the earpad, I don't want to put it in my ear as the plastic alone doesn't look so comfy.Pins are the correct size, black as described. PTT button has good clickiness and response. Doesn't feel like its going to pop off. Clip is springy and looks like it should last. Loop fits over my ear.Will re-review this item as soon as I find an earpad that fits correctly.I received this item in exchange for my honest review

Nice earpiece.I use this with my portable Ham radio that clips on my belt.VOX functionality with this works great, the receiving device detects my voice when I talk and automatically activates the push to talk.Without VOX, the push to talk functionality also works great.The little button is very springy / clicky.Microphone picks up voice very well, fidelity is good.I did have some difficulty getting the earpad onto the earpiece, but it's not a problem once it's on.I don't see why they don't pre-apply it to the device.So with that said, it's an excellent communication piece for my device.I'll be using this extensively and will update this review with any changes that may occur.Graciously provided in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.
