Review: good product - Excellent product. 8 oz is a small package. I needed 2 boxes to make a batterberg cake and one box made about 10 pieces of fruit shaped marzipan candy, although I only made 9. I needed to roll it out to cover my battenberg cake and I used powdered sugar to avoid sticking to a wood board. I didnt need to, and it made the marzipan dryer than optimal. Try rolling without the powdered sugar. I found it did not stick, ever, and was much more pliable and workable. Good flavor.
