The pair of walkie talkies were for my granddaughters as a Christmas present. They Have alot of great features, camera, video messages, talk the girls love them and great colors for kids. I like the charging feature

First I want to say that this product met my expectations. In fact in some ways it exceeded them. I wish I could have had something this fun when I was a kid. The only negative I can say is I assumed it had “video chat” based on the pictures and some of the wording. When I looked back, it doesn’t ever mention the video chat, so maybe I was hoping that it did. However the device does have many other features. It records video, pictures and even comes with SIM cards for more storage. Games are easy to access and easy enough for kids to figure out. The whole device is kid friendly and I would highly recommend if you want more than a basic walkie talkie.

For the price this is a great item! I homeschool my kids and am always looking for ways for them to take photos of things they discovered or learned. The range is not as far as regular walkie talkies but it’s not horrible either and I like the fact that no other person using a walkie talkie can just listen to their convo or try to scare them. I can be inside my home which is mostly made of cinderblock and my kids can be at the next door neighbors home and I can hear them on the walkie for the most part. I like that it comes with a lanyard to go over their neck so they don’t loose it and then it does have a release clip to take it off the lanyard which is great. The only thing is that the clip part/ring part is very cheap plastic and I don’t see that lasting long. If your wanting more range definitely get another set of walkie talkies for range wise but if they will be pretty close it should work fine. I do wish there was like a call button where I can just click it and it would notify them that I am trying to communicate with them. The walkie talkie will turn off after 5 min of no use which is great for the battery but then I can’t communicate with them until they turn the walkie back on so I my kids to just check in every 15 min. The video and camera quality is not the best but for $50 it’s definitely not bad either! Plus they are kids so they don’t really need fancy. There is a front camera but I have not figured out how to work it. It came with cute stickers but they don’t really stick but what kid doesn’t like stickers even if it’s temporary. The walkie talkie itself is pretty decent quality I was actually surprised! It has games to keep the kids occupied in the car or dr office. I wish the device had somewhere for headsets for the game and music, the volume of the Speakers are actually pretty decent and loud. Overall for the price we are happy and it’s a great buy!

This set was perfect for my granddaughter and her younger brother! Absolutely adorable, and tons of fun with the different modes of play. Even just as a walkie-talkie the kids were able to invent lots of interactive fun together! Then, with the photo and video modes there is so much to learn and do: taking pictures, selfies, creating videos - even silly ones!The games and music that come preloaded are pretty basic, but you can load your own stuff giving each child their own library.I found that these are very easy to use/navigate, even for an old non-computer person as myself. But, for the younger kids, it may be a little more difficult. The basic commands are pretty straight forward, but the navigation may not be quite as easy for the younger kids. Such as when taking selfies or adding animation. But once you show them they catch on pretty quickly.The set comes with everything you need, and are fully charged out of the box. With the included 16GB of memory for each walkie-talkie there's lots of room to have fun and be creative! I especially loves toys that are rechargeable!One very helpful hint I'd like to pass on: Prior to taking a video turn the volume down to off. Because while shooting the video and if you change picture colors, with each change there is a loud beep, which is recorded and is very annoying when playing the video back. The video will still pick up the kids voices and giggling, albeit faint, but they are still able to hear themselves!Hours of fun for the money!

I bought this in hopes our 2 and 4 year oldCould use them. They love cameras andPhones. The product is a great concept but a little too difficult for this age. Would probably be great for a little bit older.

I received these via UPS and immediately unboxed them and put them on the charger. Half an hour or so later they were ready to go. I put them in the kids' hands (girl 8, boy 7) and let them try and figure stuff out. For the most part they did, so these are definitely intuitive enough to be useful without diving into instructions.I did have to look to see how to turn on the flashlight, and once I showed the kids how it was easy. They found the games and other menu items with no trouble. They didn't realize, until I showed them, that these were also walkie-talkies, not just cameras with games and music. The audio quality is surprisingly good.Overall, they are having a blast playing with them, and so far we haven't had to put them on the charger again since charging them 1.5 days ago.

I wanted this so when I’m in my room and the kids are in theirs we could contact each other. After a long day it would be nice to just sit in my bed while they try to sleep and instead of me walking back and forth I was hoping this would cut that down some. It basically records and has games.

Our Grandkids have really had fun with these. Have recommend these to our friends and family
