Science in Sport Hydro Electrolyte Tablets, Strawberry & Lime, 8 x 20 Tabs

Everyone in our household really likes these hydration tablets. We've used them during travel in 40 degree heat, and also at home when we just need a bit of extra hydration. They seem to really help us not feel dehydrated, even with only using one tab each per day. We've also had no ill effects on our digestive systems, which can happen with some similar products!The strawberry and lime flavour is my favourite. It's a little tangy and zesty from the lime, but it's a strong, tasty and unique flavour. The tabs are easily dissolved in a large glass of water, or you can break them in half to fit them into a bottle of water if you're on the go. This brand of tabs does dissolve to leave a slight foam on top of the water, which I haven't seen with other brands, but I don't mind it and didn't find it unpleasant.They come in a tube of 20 tabs which makes them great value for money compared to some other brands of electrolytes. The tube is quite slim which is good for portability and it has a strong stopper in the end, so you can pop it into a bag without worrying that they might spill everywhere.Would recommend, especially the strawberry and lime variety!

I take these with withn water during workouts. Not too sweet or tart. Also not bad day after heavy drinking session.Not bad at all

This is my go to electrolyte, flavoursome and effective and doesn’t break the bank!!! What’s not to like.

I bought these as a bit of a switch-up from my usual electrolyte tablets and, overall, I quite liked them. The strawberry and lime flavour is a little unusual but quite pleasant – I'd describe it as refreshing without tasting overly sweet or artificial.With that said, they haven't quite convinced me to permanently abandon my regular brand (HIGH5), unfortunately. There's nothing I particularly dislike about these; I just haven't noticed anything that makes them noticeably better for me either and I like the taste (and price point) less compared to my usual brand.I'd happily use them again at some point, but for now I think I'll probably stick with my usual tablets as my regular choice.

Does what it says on the tube. Good when it’s warm and you need to put salts etc back in your body

Really good, does take longer than other brands to dissolve and leaves a noticable head but its really tasty. Leaves a slight residue.

Prompt delivery. Tablet dissolves well and tastes nice.

The taste is really good and not overly artificial, which makes them easy to drink even during longer or more intense training sessions.They work very well during extended workouts, helping me stay hydrated and maintain energy levels throughout. I definitely notice a difference compared to not using electrolytes, especially on longer endurance sessions.Overall, a high-quality product that I can fully recommend for anyone doing sports or long training sessions.
